Principal Contractor - Rob DeKlotz

Throughout my career, I have helped visionary leaders create and define the strategic objectives, resources, and operational capacity needed to take their organizations to the next level.

My StrengthsFinder Profile

My top five strengths are arranger, learner, connectedness, maximizer, and belief.

Maximizer

I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. I live out the concept of taking things from "Good to Great." I want to unleash the best of everyone on the team; giving them the resources to get it done.

Arranger

An organizer, but more than that, the flexibility that complements this ability. I am a conductor, figuring out how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity. I am at my best in dynamic situations, jumping into confusion and figuring out new partnerships. Co-workers marvel at my effective flexibility.

Connectedness

I see connectedness – between beliefs, people, cultures, and values. Connectedness implies certain perspectives and responsibilities. I am a bridge builder to people of other cultures. I assure others that they matter.

Learner

I possess a strong desire to learn and continuously improve. Experience is one of my best teachers. I recognize situations as unique, and requiring new knowledge. I thrive in dynamic work environments where I am asked to take on new project assignments.

Belief

I possess certain unchanging core values. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for my life. My co-workers say I am loyal, gentle, sincere, and fun-loving. My work must be meaningful. I emphasize the importance of servant leadership, building into people, and serving partners with excellence.
